The Admirals Club at Nine Dragons Golf Resort in Shanghai, China is a 27-hole resort course. 18 holes are already open for play and the other 9 holes are being constructed. It is an oceanfront golf course and will be the centerpiece of a world class resort that will include three major hotels in the first phase. We have designed holes that run along the ocean, along the cliffs, up into the mountains and holes that are in the ocean, as we have built a 30 ft. high, two km. long retaining wall that will connect the mainland to islands off the coast of China in the Pacific Ocean. We have created holes in the Pacific Ocean that have become oceanfront. They sold $25 million in golf memberships in the first 60 days and to date have sold over $75 million in memberships. Chiangmai-Alpine Golf Course in Chiangmai, Thailand is an 18-hole golf course, which underwent a major renovation to create a world class golf course for the new 5-star hotel. This beautiful setting in the mountains is enhanced by the opportunity to create new holes, which will feature major lakes, including island greens with a backdrop of the adjacent mountains. Beautiful creeks meander thru the course adding mystery and strategy to this enchanting golf course. Thailand's history, traditions and mystery are all part of this unique design that will be a must play for visitors to this part of the world known as the Golden Triangle. The course opened in November 2008.

The Longboat Key Club on Longboat Key, FL has two golf courses- the Harbourside course, which has 27 holes and the Islandside course, which has 18 holes. We are renovating the 27 holes on the Harbourside course. The Blue Heron Course boasts the popular world class sand dunes, which we added, while the newly named Red Hawk Course incorporates large sandy waste bunkers for a different variety of shot making on each course. These strategic design improvements move Longboat Key Club into the 21st century.
Royal Gems Golf City in Bangkok, Thailand will be an 18 hole golf course with holes “
inspired by”
famous holes from around the world. It will be the first 18 of a world class 63-hole golf facility. The clubhouse and boutique mall will be built underneath the finishing holes; the first of its kind anywhere in the world. Construction began in November 2008.

Bijao Golf Club in Panama City, Panama is a new golf course on the Pacific Ocean that is part of a residential community developed by Grupo Provivienda.
Mar de Indias Golf & Beach Resort in Cartagena, Colombia will be an 18 hole championship resort golf course with ocean views. The course is cleverly routed to take full advantage of the natural beauty of the site creating panoramic vistas of the rolling hills, beautiful trees and the ocean. The course will have a great variety of holes with some playing downhill and some uphill. We also envision including an island par four green, a peninsula fairway and several multiple level fairways. The resort also includes a hotel, condos, residential areas, bungalows and spa.
Palermo Golf Club in Buenos Aires, Argentina is an 18 hole golf course where we are looking at options to add a mega practice facility and driving range, while also improving the existing golf course.
